All of our electric scooters come with a six month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your scooter malfunctions (excluding physical damage or issues from rider error) during the warranty period, we will repair the affected product at no charge, replace with with an equivalent item, or supply a replacement part depending on the issue. Note: Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Items specifically excluded under the warranty include:
Physical Damage/ Wear & Tear
Normal reduction in battery capacity over the life of the battery cells
